Established by IBC in 1974, the Washington International Business Council (WIBC) is an information and advisory service for multinational corporations. The Council is a policy issues forum for executives who meet regularly with international policymakers at all levels from the Executive Branch, Congress, embassies, international organizations and academic institutions. Members of the Council also benefit from IBC’s tailored client service capabilities and receive IBC’s regular monitoring and analysis reports, including updates on international policy and regulatory development in Congress and the Administration. The Council is not an advocacy or lobbying organization, and it takes no positions on public policy or business issues.
